This impressive metal snail was customised to serve as a striking eye-catcher in the CEO's office.

When it is illuminated, fascinating light reflections are created inside and around it.

The body is made of robust iron wire, while the outer shell is made of precisely cut aluminium sheets that have been artfully placed along the shape of the snail on the base frame. This elaborate technique gives the sculpture its distinctive and aesthetically pleasing structure.

Even the base was specially designed for this lamp and manufactured in Germany.

Prestigious office sculpture

New life has been breathed into a reworked lamp base. A majestic lampshade in the shape of a snail now sits enthroned on the customer's familiar base and shines in new splendour.

The choice of a special tobacco paper with fine inclusions of tobacco leaves gives the light a warm note that harmonises perfectly with the rust-brown colour of the base.

The opening at the side of the shade makes it easy to change the bulb and provides pleasant light when required. Otherwise, the lampshade is virtually glare-free thanks to its closed shape.

The restoration of the lamp was worthwhile. This work of art is a treasure!

The selection of colour tones is a creative process that I am happy to adapt to your preferences and interior design. Individual colour schemes can shape the atmosphere of a room. If the design allows, I can change the choice of shades or paper type or even incorporate multiple colours to suit a particular interior.

Adapting dimensions

Almost every one of my creations is customisable in size. This is particularly useful when it comes to exceptionally large or small spaces.

Large spaces often require striking designs, while smaller areas benefit from subtle beauties. My handcrafted pieces will perfectly integrate into your space.

Shaping

Scrolls and floral shapes are not everything. Individual ideas can also be realised.

Free, organic or curved shapes are best. This makes it possible to combine creativity and individuality in every piece. As I work freehand, exactly right angles and straight edges are less suitable. My work is a symbiosis of form, material and idea to fill your rooms with characteristic beauty.
